Before you subscribe

How often will I receive a publication?

Publications are delivered as PDFs by email, with 48 issues annually. Your subscription covers the selected six- or twelve-month term. Drilling Report is included with Oil & Gas Radar.

When does delivery start?

After payment is verified, your order confirmation is queued by email and the PEX team is notified. The team will arrange activation and confirm your delivery details. Payment confirmation does not mean delivery has already been activated.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Only if you choose annual automatic renewal and give your consent. The 12-month Oil & Gas Radar and Who’s Drilling plans can renew at the displayed Australian price including GST each year until cancelled. Prepaid plans, including the six-month plan, do not renew automatically.

How do I cancel annual automatic renewal?

Contact oilinfo@pex.com.au before your next renewal and include your order reference. PEX will confirm the cancellation arrangements and any publication delivery details. Selecting prepaid does not create an automatic renewal.

Do prices include GST?

The Australian totals shown include GST. Customers outside Australia should send an enquiry for confirmed pricing and payment arrangements.

Can my company arrange an invoice?

Send a subscription enquiry using the form above. PEX will confirm the available invoice and payment arrangements directly.

What if I have already paid or need help?

Check your confirmation email and contact oilinfo@pex.com.au with your order reference. Please do not make another payment while PEX checks an existing order.
